Policy

Deposit Policy: An advance payment of 15% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. It will be applied towards your balance due upon check in. A valid credit card is required to make the reservation, and will be held for 14 days after departure in the event of a remaining balance and/or incidentals. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 Non Sufficient Funds fee. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellation Policy: Daily and Weekly reservations require a 14 day cancellation notice prior to the scheduled day of arrival, to receive an advance deposit refund less a $50.00 processing fee. All monthly stays require a 60 day notice to receive an advance deposit refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Please note that cancellations and/or early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant a refund.

Service Fee: For all paying reservations there is a 3% Reservation Fee. FEES AND TAXES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Rental Rules: Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and guaranteed by 6:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time). Check-out is promptly at 10:00 a.m. No pets are allowed in rental units. Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian to register and stay. All units are non-smoking.

Requests: Although property manager will make every effort to honor requests, specific floors, unit numbers, and bedding types CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Therefore, any special accommodations are on a request only basis.
