Manon is a lovely, brand new villa nestled on the hillside of Colombier, facing the ocean. The ocean view is extraordinary! From St. Martin to Gustavia harbor, with the islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis on the horizon. The villa has an ocean view from everywhere: the living room, the bedrooms, the kitchen, and of course the terrace. The villa is built on one floor with no steps. The terrace runs in front of all the rooms. Due to the peaceful location of the villa, we highly recommend villa Manon for people who are looking for total privacy.
Manon is available as a 2-bedroom/2-bath, or a 1-bedroom/1-bath villa. All bedrooms have air conditioning split systems (no noise) and private bathroom with large shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed and one two twin beds (convertible to a king size).
The villa also features a bar, inside dining room with a large table, outside Teak dining table and chairs on terrace, antique furniture, large sofas, 2 big chairs, TV, VCR, DVD, Satellite, Direct TV (US TV & music programs) and Canal Satellite (French programs, some in English) and Hi-Fi (all stereo surround sound). There's an easy-to-use gas BBQ, hammock, and sun beds around the edgeless pool that overlooks the ocean.
This gourmet kitchen in white, stainless steel and granite, was designed for a cook. Equipment includes stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and icemaker, blender, dishwasher, toaster, and 3 coffee makers. The kitchen has a canteen of 6 place settings.
