leading a business that enables people to plan a vacation rental experience
on-line. His passions include spending time with family and visiting new
places. With three playful and active children, staying in a hotel is not his

Adam's early travel experience was as one of five children taking the station
wagon up and down both coasts searching for waves or snow depending on the
season. Having lived on both coasts and the UK, travel has always been a big
part of his life. He lives in Bethesda, MD.

Steve oversees all of the technology and software development for Rooster, and
works closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure that making online
vacation rental reservations is simple and reliable.
With over 15 years in the Vacation Rental business, Steve understands the
importance of customer service and leveraging technology to provide a great
vacation experience.

Formerly with hotels.com, Michelle brings over 11 years of experience in
consumer and enterprise marketing. She blends that experience and her
enthusiasm for travel at Rooster. As a fellow traveler, she is committed to
providing Rooster customers with the best experience possible - from finding
the best vacation home or condo to finding the best sunset beach destinations -
she wants to make sure that each customer's expectations are met.
Michelle's earliest travel memories involve several family road trips in a VW
bus (with no air conditioning!) from Michigan to Mexico, which is how she
became enthralled with discovering new people and places. With her home base
now in Texas you'll find her flying to Mexico instead, but you can also catch
her in person at events like the Mountain Travel Symposium.

John's been designing great user experiences on the web for over ten years for a
wide variety of sites, including hotels.com and more than a few others of which
you'd be familiar with. Building the Rooster experience is letting him continue
his passion for creating great travel sites---his goal is for you to search
easily, shop comfortably, and book with more confidence than anywhere else on
the web.
Growing up, his family traveled almost exclusively in his home state of
Texas---usually camping in state parks. But as soon as he left for college,
John started making up for lost travel time. Since then, he's visited 27 US
states and 15 other countries---and he's ready to hit the road again. These
days, though, he and his wife are discovering new horizons by traveling with
their two young kids.

Heading west after college in search of different skiing than her native Vermont
offered, Meghan landed in Park City , Utah , and began her career in the
vacation industry. Now, after 12 years in property management, Meghan has
'jumped the fence' and is using her skills on the other side of the business.
Meghan comes to Rooster directly from ResortQuest, where she worked in Hilton
Head as the operations manager.
Meghan's fascination with other places began as a toddler, when her family
moved to Bermuda for two years. She later spent a year in Denmark as an
exchange student, and discovered a love for all things Scandinavian.
