Once your reserve the property, one-half of the total amount , which will include a 10% tax (5% State tax and a 5% Garrett County Accommodation), $45.00 Accidental Damage Waiver & $40.00 Administrative fee will be due within 10 days of making this reservation. If your arrival date is less than 30 days from now the entire amount will be due. The balance due on the contract is required to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please mark your calendar as to when payments are due, because we do not send payment notices. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by money order or cashier’s check. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days before your arrival date. We will mail your Rental License Agreement to you in a few days. If you would prefer to have the contract faxed, please provide us with your fax number. Please read the agreement carefully, confirm arrival and departure dates, sign the front copy and return it to our office. We hold the person whose name appears on the lease responsible for any payments and all other responsibilities of the license agreement. PLEASE NOTE: If it is less than 30 days prior to your arrival date the total balance is due including the Accidental Damage Waiver, Administrative Fee and the optional Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Accidental Damage Waiver: We realize that accidents to happen; Long & Foster Resort Rentals Accidental Damage Waiver, waives the possibilities of substantial charges related to minor damages and/or repairs following your departure. You pay a non-refundable $45.00 fee with your reservation. This covers accidental damages up to $1,000.00 as long as the damage is not willful, wanton or a gross negligent behavior (excluding damages caused by pets). 

Administrative Fee: All reservations will be assessed a $40.00 Administrative Fee. 

Insurance: For your protection, we offer the protection program for our guests. This plan protects you against monetary loss due to the unforeseen circumstances such as illness and injuries that may necessitate the canceling of your reservation. The CSA Insurance is optional; however, to protect your vacation investment, please consider purchasing the insurance's lodging protection insurance with your reservation. The booking confirmation and pricing is not legally binding until it is confirmed by a representative from the front desk. A representative from our office will contact you regarding your reservation and at that time only will your credit card be charged.
