LATITUDE 26 RENTAL TERMS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

RESERVATION:

All reservations must be paid in full upon booking. Rental rates will include rate quoted, local & state taxes (13%), and additional fees (Housekeeping fees, pet fees, early arrivals, or late departures etc). All reservations will require a signed rental agreement, a valid credit card plus a current driver license for identification purposes. A personal check will be accepted for any of these charges if presented to the company on or before forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date.

CREDIT CARD PYMNTS: When a credit card is used for payment the bank/credit card charges a 3% non-refundable processing fee. Under no circumstances, will the banks/credit card refund this amount back to the agency. The policy has been in effect since 2001 with the banks/credit cards merchants. The company has no control over this. This processing fee will also apply for any payments 
and or refunds.

CHANGES: If you must make changes there will be a $40.00 processing fee.

MINIMUM STAY: Rental rates are based on a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during the summer season or holiday periods.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the Total Rental Fee; 22-44 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75%; 1-21 days prior to arrival will result in forfeit the full amount. On-site management regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances may be. The company recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance either through their insurance agent or travel agent.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEP.: All confirmed reservations will be required to leave a security/damage deposit ranging from $600 to $1500. Deposits will only be accepted in CASH ONLY. Latitude 26 reserves the right to return security deposits 30 business days after scheduled departure date. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED FOR SECURITY DEPOSITS. There will be no refunds if these conditions are broken, no matter the circumstances. If damages exceed your security deposit, the guest will be liable for any charges in excess of your security deposit. There are to be no parties, weddings, etc. allowed without prior written consent. The front desk or its representatives may enter the property at any time, without notice, for the purposes of protection and/or maintenance of the property. Wherever possible, the front desk will provide plenty of notice to the guest prior to such entrance.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is after 3pm. The office is open 9am-6pm 7 days a week, if you plan on arriving after hours contact our office for special arrangement with one of our friendly representatives. There is a $40.00 charge for early arrivals during high season; however, some units may not be ready by 3pm your patience is greatly appreciated.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11am all keys and garage door openers must be returned to our office. Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge of $50.00, please contact our office to make arrangement. The agency will not be responsible for items left or lost in the unit after check-out.

KEYS: Guests will receive a total of 2 sets of keys per property some properties may include garage door openers. There is a $50.00 charge for any lost keys or garage door openers not returned to the rental agency.

GUESTS: Your reservation is confirmed for the number of guests listed. Your reservation is subject to immediate eviction or additional charge if you have more guests than the property allows. The registered guest must ensure that children are supervised at all times. It is the policy of the company that all children under the age of 18 years are not left in rental accommodation un-supervised during the rental period. The registered guest will be responsible for the actions of any family or guests you permit into the property.

PARKING: Parking will vary for different properties through out the island, a limit of 1 vehicle in condominium areas others may allow 2 vehicles. Tents, campers, or motor homes are not permitted in any of our properties.
