Policy

For reservations made 14 days or less in advance, your credit card will be charged for the complete rental amount, including booking fee and tax, at the time of booking. For reservations made 15 days or more in advance or for all Holiday Reservations, your credit card will be charged for 50% of the complete rental amount, including booking fee and tax, at the time of booking. 

A security deposit is required on all of our properties and will be authorized on your credit card upon booking. Each property is to be left in reasonably the same condition as when you arrived, with no damage or loss, etc. Further information, as to requirements to ensure that your security deposit is not forfeited, is included in your Rental Agreement Package.

An occupancy list will be required (included with our Rental Agreement Package). 

The price listed below is the rental rate only - not including tax, booking fee and security deposit. If the property you have rented is pet friendly, the nightly PET CHARGE is $10.00 per pet. Any pets which are kept on the premises without the consent of management will be cause for forfeiture of your entire security deposit. Some select properties include linen service. Check the description of the cabin you have rented to see if linens are included.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 P.M., providing that prior guest(s) have left on time and that all needed cleaning and/or repairs have been completed. Check-ins, if arriving before 5:00 P.M. come to the office. If after 5:00 P.M.

Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-outs are subject to an additional nights charge, plus tax.

All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. Holiday reservations are considered non-cancellable. Non-holiday reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival day. All cancellations must be done by phone with the property management company. All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 charge or 10% of rental amount (whichever is greater). "NO SHOWS" will be charged the full amount of the reservation and cannot be re-scheduled. The property management company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or cancel a reservation.

We generally have a 2 night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on the following Holidays: President's Day Weekend, Martin Luther King Jr. Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years require at least a 4 night minimum. WE DO NOT ALLOW CHECK INS OR OUTS ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!
