If you are planning a family gathering, please let us know in advance, as we will try to accomodate the number of guests in several closely grouped homes.The Chambers Agency, REALTORS is not responsible for changes in furnishings, bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.Different properties have different minimum stays ranging from a weekend to one month. Holiday minimums are 7 nights- with few exceptions. While you may be able to book for less than the minimum on this site- most homes will require at least 7 nights especially during "the season". If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for a particular property, we will contact you to move your reservation to another property if we can find one that will work for all concerned.If we are unable to find an alternative property, we will cancel your reservation at no charge.We will mail your rental lease agreement to you in a few days. If you would prefer to have the contract faxed, please provide us with your fax number. Please read the agreement carefully, confirm the arrival and departure dates, sign and/or initial where indicated and return one copy to our office.
