CHECK-IN: Your cabin will be available for check-in after 4:00 pm. During peak times there may be a slight delay and your patience is appreciated. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-outs will result in your being billed for another days stay. Our housekeepers must have access by 10 am in order to prepare for the next arrival. We hope that you enjoyed your stay. Please leave the cabin as you found it. Your cabin is confirmed with the understanding that each guest in your party will observe and abide by the General Rules & Regulations provided. The property management company is a family oriented resort. In order to insure the comfort and safety of all guests, loud noise or music is prohibited at any time. UNDERAGE GUESTS: Guests must be 21 or older to rent and check into a one or two bedroom cabin. Guests must be 25 or older to rent and check into three bedrooms or larger. SUBSTITUTIONS: Should your confirmed cabin become unavailable for any reason, the property management company reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations at a comparable rate POLICIES AND PROCEDURES All reservations require a 50% deposit of your total stay by credit card. Deposits are required the day you make your reservation. Reservations cannot be held without payment. Credit card used must belong to the guest renting the cabin. No reservation will be honored if the cardholder is not present at check-in. The total cost of your reservation includes a 5% non-refundable processing fee and tax of 11.75%. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, the full amount will be due at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (Payable by money order, personal check, or credit card). Personal checks must be received 3 weeks prior to check-in. No payments are accepted at arrival. If no payment has been received by this due date, the credit card used for the deposit will be charged the balance in full. No personal or business checks will be accepted at check-in. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a written and signed notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival for an 85% percent refund based on the total cost of lodging for the number of days reserved, not on the deposit amount. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded unless that cabin can be rented again for the same dates. NO-SHOWS: If you are a “no show and do not call, we will not refund any of your deposit. You must understand the unit was held off the market just for you. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN: There is a “Late Arrivals” box located beside the front door of the office. Your check-in packet will contain everything you need to locate and enter your cabin. There are No Refunds after check-In. DAMAGES: Guest agrees to follow all check-in and checkout procedures, and understands that the property must be left clean and undamaged. All cabins are inspected prior to arrival. Any damages or problems not reported by the tenant within two hours of arrival will be charged to the tenant. Renters will be held responsible for any damaged or missing items or damage to the premises during their stay. Guest understands that failure to follow the posted check-in and checkout procedures may result in the loss of all, or part, of the damage deposit and the property management company reserves the right to further bill him/her for additional cleaning or repairs. OUR CABINS ARE NON -SMOKING. (Smoking is permitted outside only.) If it is found that any member of the rental party or guest of the rental party, has smoked inside the cabin, your damage deposit will be forfeited. The entire cabins is designated Non-Smoking Area. Guests may, however, smoke on the outside deck/patio areas. Cigarette butts must not be disposed of in the yard or anywhere on the property. PETS: We have several pet friendly properties. Pets are NOT allowed in cabins not designated as “pet friendly”. If the cabin you booked is designated “Pet Friendly”, a pet fee of $50.00 per pet will be charged. There is a limit of 20lbs per pet, two pets in a cabin. We highly recommend pet owners place pets in carriers when leaving them alone in the cabin. Damage done by your pet may result in the loss of all, or part of the damage deposit. If a pet is found in a non-pet friendly cabin in violation of this policy, guests will be asked to vacate the premise immediately and charges from the “DAMAGES” policy above will apply. The damage deposit will be refunded after cabin inspection. We must receive prior notification if you intend to bring a pet with you. (In approved cabins only) SWIMMING POOLS, HOT TUBS, WHIRLPOOL TUBS AND SAUNAS: All of our cabins have access to swimming pools. There are not lifeguards on duty and swimming is at your own risk. We ask that you please bring your own towels to use at the pool. HOUSEKEEPING, AMENITIES & SUPPLIES: We do not have daily maid service. Each cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. All kitchens are fully equipped and each cabin is stocked with a beginning supply of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Once a guest has used this starter supply any additional amounts should be brought with you or purchased at a local grocery store. Cabins are not restocked during your stay. All cabins are supplied with a specific number of towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets and pillows based on cabin occupancy. It may be necessary to wash linens during your stay. We have also provided makeup remover packets for your convenience. We ask that guests do not use the white towels and washcloths to remove makeup. This causes irreparable damage to our linens. Any linen found damaged or missing will result in a charge to the guest. Every unit is professionally treated for critters and bugs on a regular basis. However, occasional invaders may make their way inside. Management will not be responsible in these instances.
