Policy

Rates are based on four persons occupancy, $45.00 per week for each addtional person. Deposit for a one to four week stay is $200.00. One month or longer stays require one weeks rent deposit. 

Refunds of deposit will be made only if the subject unit is re-rented for the full cancellation period. There is an automatic $25.00 processing fee. Full payment of rentals of less than 4 weeks is required 7 days before arrival. 

Balance of payment for rentals of 4 weeks or longer shall be made upon arrival. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email or letter from our Office Manager.
