Reservations less than 5 nights are subject to cleaning fee.

PROMOTIONS: Promotional discounts are calculated automatically. 

Payments: $200 deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Security Deposit/Property Protection Fee: We do not charge a security deposit as required by many rental companies. Instead a non refundable Property Protection Fee of $50 inclusive of tax is added to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of this fee, due when the balance is payable, ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,000 maximum).

Cancellation Charges: Where written notice of cancellation is received: 29 or more days prior to arrival = $25 res fee; 28 to 15 days prior to arrival = 25% of rental charge; 14 to 1 days prior to arrival = 50% of rental charge; No Show = 100% of rental charge

Reservation Confirmations: A valid credit card is required to complete this reservation. Alternatively, a check for the deposit may be mailed to our office. No reservation should be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been paid (and any check cleared) and a confirmation number has been issued.
