$50 due at time of booking
Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival

A $250 security deposit will be authorized on your credit card prior to check-in. This deposit is kept until after your departure, at which time the property manager will inspect the property for damages or the need for excessive cleaning. If there are no damages or excessive cleaning required, no charge will be made to your credit card. If you have paid your deposit with a traveler's check or cash, it will be mailed to you within four weeks.

If you require additional services, such as early check-in, late check-out, pool heat, etc., you will be charged for those services upon arrival.

Cancellations:
15 days or more prior to arrival receive full refund
14-8 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of total
7 days or less prior to arrival forfeit 100% of total
