Policy

Check-in time: Check–in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Minimum night stay: We ask for a minimum stay of 4 days.

Cancellation policy: Changes and cancellations 30 days or more must be in writing and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If written notice is received 30 days or less, but more than 14 a 50% charge will be witheld. Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival or a no show will be charged 100% of the rental amount.

Deposit: A deposit of $200 is due at the time of booking. The balance of the full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the booking date. We also require a security deposit of $500; this can be put on a credit card, 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be credited to you within 5 days of your departure unless there has been damage to the villa.

Management: Management services are provided 7 days per week, with 24 hour emergency contact available.

Complaints: In the unlikely event that a problem relating to your villa arises, you should immediately contact the management company. Guests must be aware that details/amenities of a particular villa are subject to change prior to arrival without advanced notice. Property manager offers executive gold and platinum accommodations.
