Policy

The price shown is excluding any extras that you may require and local taxes for the property. Once you reserve the property, $200.00 or 20% of the rental, whichever is higher, deposit is due upon confirmation of the rental. The balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival date. If you are reserving a property within 30 days of the arrival date, the Total Reservation Amount is due. We gladly accept credit cards. Money order or checks are accepted if sent by priority mail up to 30 days before your arrival date.

You will be contacted within 24 hours or the next business day by one of our friendly reservationist to answer any questions you may have and to confirm that the required payment was processed. If we are unable to reach you within two days or the credit card charge is declined, your reservation may be cancelled.

Deposits or payments can be done by check or money order also. Request by e-mail to hold the payment on the Credit Card if you are sending out a check or money order. By confirming your reservation, customer automatically accepts our Terms and Conditions. Terms and conditions available online or on customers request.
