Booking Deposit

A deposit of $200 is payable upon confirmation.

Payment of Balance

50% due 90 days prior to arrival. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Minimum Length of Stay

Minimum of a 3 night stay. Stays between 3 and 5 nights are liable pay a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

90 days out or more = 100% refund
30 – 90 days out = 50% refund
0 – 30 days out = no refund

Changes to reservations will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Restrictions

Guest must be 18 years or older to make the reservation – and 
someone of 18 years or older must be staying in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in any of the properties without prior 
arrangement – not all homeowners allow pets.

Pools and hot tubs are not heated unless by prior arrangement and 
payment for this is separate to your accommodation rate.
